The Hackett Tower, also called Anadarko Tower II, is a very tall building in The Woodlands, Texas. It has 31 floors and stands about 408 feet (124 meters) high. This makes it the second tallest building in Montgomery County, Texas, right after Allison Tower. The tower is also special because it's "green," meaning it was built to be good for the environment. It has a special certificate from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Building a New Tower
After the Allison Tower was built in 2002, the company Anadarko Petroleum grew a lot. They needed more space for their many workers. So, in 2012, they started building Hackett Tower.
This new tower was designed to hold up to 1,700 employees and staff members. It was finished and opened in 2014.
Who Was James Hackett?
The tower is named after a very important person, James Hackett. He was the first chief executive officer (CEO) of Anadarko. A CEO is like the main boss of a company.
