Haifa Mohammed Wehbe (Arabic: هيفاء محمد وهبي, born March 10, 1976) is a famous Lebanese singer and actress. She is known as one of the most successful singers in Lebanon and the wider Arab world.
Haifa Wehbe started her journey to fame by entering beauty pageants. She then became very popular as a singer. Her first album, Haifa Wehbe, came out in 2002. It showed how she could mix traditional Arabic music with new sounds.
She released more successful albums, like Baddi Aish in 2005. This album had popular songs such as "Baddi Aish" and "Fini Fini". In 2008, her album Mijana made her a pop music star in the Middle East. She has released seven studio albums in total.
Haifa Wehbe has sold many albums and won awards for her singing and acting. Her songs are known around the world, and her albums have topped music charts in many countries. She also started acting in 2008 with the movie Sea of Stars. This film was a big musical production in the Arab world.

Early Life
Haifa Wehbe was born in 1976. When she was 16, she won the title of Miss South Lebanon. She also competed in the Miss Lebanon contest. However, she could not keep the Miss Lebanon title. This was because she had been married and had a child, which was against the rules.

Early Albums and TV
Haifa Wehbe released her second album, Baddi Aech (meaning "I Want to Live"), in 2005. This album followed the success of her song "Ya Hayat Albi." The main song, "Baddi Aech," is about freedom, which is a very important human right. Her song "Aana Haifa" (meaning "I Am Haifa") became one of her biggest hits.
In 2005, she appeared as a guest on Al Wadi, a TV show similar to The Farm. In 2006, she released "Bus al-Wawa." This song was later used in a Pepsi advertisement. It was also named Song of the Year in 2006 by some radio stations.
Movies and New Music
Haifa Wehbe starred in the movie Sea of Stars in 2008. This film was made by Pepsi. Other famous singers like Carole Samaha and Wael Kfoury were also in the movie.
On July 4, 2008, she released her third album, Habibi Aana (meaning "My Love"). It had 15 songs, including the popular "Moush Adra Estana."

Personal Life
In the 1990s, Haifa Wehbe married her cousin Nasr Fayyad. She was 18 years old at the time. They traveled to Nigeria where he worked. She returned to Lebanon during her pregnancy and later separated from Fayyad. They have one daughter named Zeinab.
On June 25, 2007, Haifa Wehbe was in an accident while filming a music video. This happened for her song "Hasa Ma Bena" in Lebanon. A small airplane was supposed to fly close to her car. But it accidentally hit the car, removing the front windshield. Luckily, Haifa only had minor cuts and bruises.
Haifa Wehbe married Egyptian businessman Ahmed Abou Hashima on April 24, 2009. Their wedding was in Beirut. Many famous guests attended, including singer Anastacia and Carmen Electra.
Haifa Wehbe and Ahmed Abou Hashima announced their separation in November 2012. Haifa Wehbe is a Shiite Muslim.
Haifa Wehbe has two granddaughters, Rahaf and Daniella. They are the daughters of her daughter Zeinab.
Social Views
Haifa Wehbe has shown support for equality and love. In 2018, she shared a photo on Snapchat with a rainbow flag. This showed her support for the LGBT community.
In February 2019, she launched her fashion brand, Beau Voyou. The brand used rainbow colors. She said, "For me, equality goes all the way," and added, "Get ready to celebrate unrestricted and boundless love."
