Hallie Eisenberg's Early Life
Hallie Eisenberg was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Her parents are Amy and Barry Eisenberg. Her father used to run a hospital and later became a college professor.
Hallie has two siblings. Her brother, Jesse Eisenberg, is also a well-known actor. He was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in The Social Network. Her sister's name is Kerry.
Hallie was named after a character from the movie All I Want for Christmas. This character, Hallie O'Fallon, was played by Thora Birch. Hallie grew up in a family with a secular Jewish background.
She was raised in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Hallie went to East Brunswick High School there. Later, she attended American University in Washington, D.C.
