Haruka Fukuhara (福原 遥, Fukuhara Haruka, born August 28, 1998) is a Japanese actress, singer, and model. She was born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
From 2009 to 2012, Haruka was the star of a show called Cooking Idol! I! My! Main. In this show, she played the character Main Hiiragi. She appeared as Main in both animated parts and live-action parts of the show.
After Cooking Idol ended, she acted in many TV shows and movies. Some of these include Good Morning Call, Koe Girl!, and Laid-Back Camp. She also uses her voice for animated characters. For example, she voiced Himari Arisugawa, also known as Cure Custard, in Kirakira PreCure a la Mode.
Haruka also sings! Early in her career, she released songs for Cooking Idol! I! My! Main. In 2019, she released her first solo song, "Mikanseina Hikari-tachi."

Haruka's Career Journey
Haruka Fukuhara started acting when she was very young. She began her career in the first grade of elementary school.
Since 2009, she has been the main star and voice of Main Hiiragi in Cookin' Idol I! My! Mine!. This show is a mix of anime and live-action. It was shown on NHK, a big TV channel in Japan.
In 2012, Haruka won a special award. She entered an audition for the teen fashion magazine Pichi Lemon. About 9,000 people tried out, and she won the top prize! After that, she worked as a model for the magazine.
On February 13, 2013, she released her fifth single, a song called "Nameko no Uta" (なめこのうた, "Nameko Song"). The music video for this song was very popular. It was watched over 6.8 million times on YouTube by February 7 of that year. The music video for the song is animated. This song was also used as an ending theme for a music show called Music-ruTV (musicるTV) on TV Asahi.
