Haruka Fukuhara (福原 遥, Fukuhara Haruka) was born on August 28, 1998. She is a talented Japanese actress, singer, and model from Saitama Prefecture. From 2009 to 2012, she played the main character, Main Hiiragi, in the show Cooking Idol! I! My! Main. This show had both animated and live-action parts. After Cooking Idol! ended, Haruka starred in many TV shows and movies. Some of these include Good Morning Call, Koe Girl!, and Laid-Back Camp. She also lent her voice to Himari Arisugawa, also known as Cure Custard, in the animated series Kirakira PreCure a la Mode. In 2019, Haruka started her solo music career with her first single, "Mikanseina Hikari-tachi."

Haruka Fukuhara began her career as a child actress when she was in first grade.
Early Roles and Breakthrough
In 2009, she took on the main role of Main Hiiragi in Cookin' Idol I! My! Mine!. This popular show on NHK mixed anime with live-action scenes.
In 2012, Haruka won a big award in an audition for the teen fashion magazine Pichi Lemon. About 9,000 people tried out, but she won the grand prize. After that, she became a model for the magazine.
Music Career Highlights
On February 13, 2013, Haruka released her fifth single, called "Nameko no Uta" (which means "Nameko Song"). The music video for this song became very popular. It had been watched over 6.8 million times on YouTube by February 7 of that year. The music video was animated. This song was also used as an ending theme for the TV show Music-ruTV on TV Asahi.
