Harveysburg is a small village in Ohio, United States. It is located in Warren County, within Massie Township. In 2020, about 554 people lived there. Harveysburg is well-known for hosting the Ohio Renaissance Festival, a fun event that takes you back in time!

History of Harveysburg Village
Harveysburg was planned out in 1829 by a man named William Harvey. The village was named after him. The Harvey family were strong supporters of ending slavery. In 1831, they started the Harvey Free Negro School. This school provided education for African American children. A post office has been open in Harveysburg since 1839.
Geography and Location
Harveysburg is located in Ohio. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village covers a total area of about 1.01 square miles (2.62 square kilometers). Most of this area is land, about 0.99 square miles (2.56 square kilometers). A small part, about 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometers), is water.
