Hector the Bulldog facts for kids
Hector the Bulldog is an animated cartoon character in Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons. Hector is a muscular bulldog and walks pigeon-toed. He often wears a black collar with silver studs.
Hector first appeared in Peck up Your Troubles (1945). In this movie, he stops Sylvester from getting a woodpecker. In A Hare Grows in Manhattan, he leads a street gang of dogs. However, his usual role is protecting Tweety Bird from Sylvester and other danger. Granny is the owner of Hector.
