Henry Brouncker (born around 1550 – died June 3, 1607) was an important English politician. He came from Erlestoke in Wiltshire and West Ham in Essex. Later in his life, he spent a lot of time working in Ireland.

He was born in Wiltshire. His father was also named Henry Brouncker, from Melksham and Erlestoke. His mother was Ursula Yate. Henry was a younger son in the family.

Henry Brouncker was an MP for several towns:
