Hermitage was once a small community in Louisiana, United States. It was located in the southeastern part of Pointe Coupee Parish. This community was right next to the mighty Mississippi River. It was also close to the border of West Baton Rouge Parish. An "unincorporated community" means it was a group of homes and businesses. But it did not have its own local government.
