Hesham Mesbah (Egyptian Arabic: هشام مصباح) is a famous judoka from Egypt. He was born on March 17, 1982. A judoka is an athlete who practices judo, a Japanese martial art and sport. In judo, athletes use throws and grappling techniques to score points.

Hesham Mesbah is best known for winning a bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. This was a very important moment for Egypt. It was their first judo medal at the Olympics in 24 years! He also won many gold medals in African championships and games.

Hesham Mesbah has had a very successful career in judo. He competed in the middleweight category, which is for athletes weighing around 90 kilograms.
