Hi! Seoul Festival is a seasonal festival sponsored by Seoul Metropolitan Government and others. It has been held for each season – spring, summer, fall, and winter - every year in Seoul, South Korea since 2003.

Themes

Hi Seoul Festival has four different themes for every season. For example, the theme of spring is usually “palace” Seoul Festival of the Han River is held in summer season. Usually during fall, the theme of the festival is "art". Also, there is Seoul Festival of Lights for winter season.
