Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi is an American animated TV show. It's about the fun adventures of two cartoon rock stars, Ami and Yumi. The show is based on a real-life Japanese music duo called Puffy AmiYumi. It first aired on November 19, 2004, and its last episode was on June 27, 2006.

The show features cartoon versions of the real Japanese pop-rock band, Puffy AmiYumi. They are the main characters.

Ami and Yumi

  • Ami is a cheerful and positive girl. She loves all things cute and pink. Ami's voice is done by Janice Kawaye.
  • Yumi is more of a cool and sarcastic rock star. She often wears black and plays the guitar. Grey DeLisle voices Yumi.

Other Main Characters

  • Kaz Harada is Ami and Yumi's manager. He is often greedy and tries to make money from the band in funny ways.
  • Jang Keng and Tekirai are Ami and Yumi's pet cats. Jang Keng is Ami's cat, and Tekirai is Yumi's cat. They often cause trouble or get involved in the band's adventures.
