Hisashi Kurosaki (黒崎 久志, Kurosaki Hisashi, born May 8, 1968) is a Japanese former football player and manager. He was known for playing as a forward. Kurosaki also played for the Japan national team. From 1992 to 1999, his first name was written "比差支", which sounds the same.

His Playing Career

Hisashi Kurosaki was born in Kanuma, Japan, on May 8, 1968. After finishing high school, he started his professional football journey.

Early Club Days

Kurosaki joined Honda in 1987. He played there for five years. In 1992, he moved to Kashima Antlers, a big club in the J1 League.

Success with Kashima Antlers

His time at Kashima Antlers was very successful. In 1996, his team won the J1 League championship. The next year, 1997, was also great. They won both the J.League Cup and the Emperor's Cup. Kurosaki played 144 games for Kashima Antlers, scoring 48 goals.

Later Club Teams

After Kashima Antlers, Kurosaki played for several other clubs. In 1998, he joined Kyoto Purple Sanga. Later, he played for Vissel Kobe in 2000. He then moved to Albirex Niigata in 2001. His last club was Omiya Ardija, where he played from 2002 to 2003. He retired from playing football in 2003. Overall, he played 401 club games and scored 130 goals.

Playing for Japan

Hisashi Kurosaki also represented his country. He made his debut for the Japan national team on May 5, 1989. This was in a match against South Korea.

International Matches

He played in important games like the 1990 World Cup qualification. He also participated in the 1990 Asian Games. Kurosaki played 24 games for Japan and scored 4 goals. His last game for the national team was in 1997.

His Coaching Journey

After retiring as a player, Kurosaki began a new career as a coach.

Starting as a Coach

He started coaching at Kashima Antlers in 2004. In 2007, he moved to Albirex Niigata. He became the manager of Albirex Niigata in 2010. He coached the team until May 2012.

Coaching Other Teams

In 2013, Kurosaki became a coach for Omiya Ardija. He worked there until May 2017. More recently, in 2024, he coached Qingdao West Coast for a period. He is set to coach the Myanmar U23 team starting in 2025.
