Since opening in 1996, it's been a very popular spot for photos! Outside, you'll see a giant 150-foot-long display. It looks like a Hollywood version of Mount Rushmore.
Big Changes and Awards
In 2009, the museum got a huge upgrade that cost $5 million. They added a giant 40-foot ape, called the Great Ape of Branson. Because of these improvements, the museum won the 2011 Branson Beautification Award.
The owners also added other fun attractions around the museum. These include the Castle of Chaos, Hannah's Maze of Mirrors, and Shoot for the Stars Mini-Golf.
Community Involvement
In 2016, the museum became a founding member of the 76 Entertainment Community Improvement District (CID). This group helps improve the Highway 76 area. The museum is part of the first plans to make the highway even better.
