Hong dou tang (simplified Chinese: 紅豆汤; traditional Chinese: 紅豆湯; Mandarin Pinyin: hóngdòutāng; Jyutping: hung4 dau6 tong1; literally "red bean soup") is a yummy sweet soup from China and Taiwan. It's made mainly from Adzuki beans, which are also called red beans.
