Huntingtown is a community in Calvert County, Maryland, in the United States. It is called a census-designated place (CDP) because it is a special area used for gathering census data. Huntingtown was first settled in 1683.
In 2020, about 3,545 people lived here. The community has grown quite a bit over the years. Many new homes have been built in developments near Routes 2 and 4.
