Huntsdale is a small village located in Boone County, Missouri, in the United States. It is part of the larger Columbia Metropolitan Area. In 2020, about 29 people lived there.
The village was started on August 1, 1892. It got its name from William Burch Hunt, who owned land in the area. Huntsdale first became an official village in 1906. However, over time, its official status was not kept up. The last village council election happened in 1929.
Later, more homes were built in the area. Because of this, Huntsdale became an official village again in February 2003. Its first new elections were held just two months later. For a while, a popular spot in Huntsdale was Katfish Katy's. This was a small restaurant next to the Katy Trail State Park, but it closed in 2020.
