Ian Robert Lacey (born 25 November 1984) is a former professional rugby league player from Australia. He played as a forward for the Brisbane Broncos in the National Rugby League (NRL) competition. Later, he also played for the Ipswich Jets in the Queensland Cup.

Early Career with the Broncos

Ian Lacey started his top-level rugby league career with the Brisbane Broncos. He made his first-grade debut in 2006. This exciting first game was against the Sydney Roosters. The Broncos won that match with a score of 24-6.

Ian Lacey played for the Broncos for a couple of seasons. He was a forward, which means he played in a position that often involves a lot of strength and tackling.

Moving to the Queensland Cup
