His Running Journey
On June 30, 2012, Ian showed his amazing talent at the Canadian National Track & Field Championships in Calgary. He finished second in the 100 meters, right behind his brother, Justyn.
Later that year, Ian had the incredible opportunity to compete at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, England. He was part of the Men's 4 x 100 metres relay team. This is a team event where four runners each sprint 100 meters, passing a baton to the next teammate. Ian even ran in this relay with his brother, Justyn, which must have been a very special experience for them both!
