Isabelle Berro-Amadeï (born 24 October 1965) is an important judge and government official from Monaco. She is currently serving as the acting Minister of State for Monaco. Isabelle Berro-Amadeï's Early Life and Education
Isabelle Berro-Amadeï was born in Monaco on October 24, 1965. She studied law at the University of Nice from 1984 to 1987. There, she earned a special degree in private law. After university, she trained to become a judge. From 1987 to 1989, she attended the French National School for the Judiciary. She also gained practical experience at a court in Carcassonne, France.
Her Career as a Judge
After finishing her training, Isabelle Berro-Amadeï returned to Monaco. She became a judge at the Court of First Instance of Monaco in 1990. She served in this role for ten years. From 2000 to 2006, she became the first judge at the same court.
Serving at the European Court of Human Rights
From 2006 to 2015, she worked as a judge at the European Court of Human Rights. This court helps make sure that countries in Europe protect people's basic rights. She represented Monaco at this important international court.
Her Role as an Ambassador
After her time as a judge, Isabelle Berro-Amadeï became an Ambassador. An ambassador represents their country in other nations. In 2016, she was appointed Monaco's Ambassador to Germany, Austria, and Poland.
