Jaclyn "Jackie" Traina, born on November 5, 1991, is an American former college softball pitcher. She was known for being a four-time All-American. This means she was recognized as one of the best players in college softball for four different years.

Jackie Traina's Softball Journey
Jackie Traina grew up in Naples, Florida. She went to Naples High School and played softball there. After high school, she went to the University of Alabama.
College Superstar
At the University of Alabama, Jackie became a star pitcher for the Alabama Crimson Tide softball team. They played in the tough Southeastern Conference. In 2012, Jackie led her team to win the 2012 Women's College World Series title. This is a huge championship for college softball teams.
Jackie was so good that she was named the 2012 Women's College World Series Most Outstanding Player. This award goes to the best player in the championship series. She set many records for her school during her time there. She also holds records in the Southeastern Conference and for NCAA Division I softball.
Playing for Team USA and Coaching
After her amazing college career, Jackie Traina also played for the Team USA softball. This means she represented her country in the sport. Later, she became a coach at Dartmouth College, sharing her knowledge and love for softball with new players.
