Early Life and High School Career
Jaden's family moved from Detroit to Henderson, Nevada before he started high school. He went to Coronado High School there.
High School Achievements
In his junior year, Jaden was amazing on the court. He scored about 30 points, grabbed 9 rebounds, and made 8 assists per game. Because of his great performance, he won the Nevada Gatorade Player of the Year award. He was also named the Las Vegas Review-Journal Boys Athlete of the Year.
Top Young Player
Jaden was chosen for several important high school basketball games. These included the McDonald's All-American Game, the Jordan Brand Classic, and the Nike Hoop Summit. These games feature the best young players in the country.
Choosing the G League
Many experts thought Jaden was one of the top basketball players in his class. Instead of going to college, he decided to play professionally right away. On May 15, 2021, he announced he would join the NBA G League. He chose this path over offers from top college teams like Kentucky and UCLA.

NBA G League Ignite (2021–2022)
On June 9, 2021, Jaden signed with the NBA G League Ignite. This team helps young players develop their skills for the NBA. During his time with the Ignite, he averaged 17.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game.
Dallas Mavericks (2022–Present)
Jaden was picked 37th in the 2022 NBA draft by the Sacramento Kings. However, he was traded to the Dallas Mavericks on the same night. He then joined the Mavericks for the 2022 NBA Summer League.
First Season Highlights
On July 7, 2022, Jaden played his first Summer League game against the Chicago Bulls. He scored 28 points, showing his talent right away. Later, on February 6, 2023, he scored a career-high 29 points in a game against the Utah Jazz. On March 11, Jaden started his first NBA game, scoring 22 points.
NBA Finals Appearance
In 2024, Jaden and the Dallas Mavericks reached the 2024 NBA Finals. They played against the Boston Celtics but lost the series in five games. This was a big achievement for Jaden and the team.

Family Life
Jaden comes from a family of basketball players. His older brother, Amauri, played college basketball for UNLV and the University of Oregon. His father, Ramsey, also played basketball for Tuskegee University.
