Jaheim H. Hoagland (born May 26, 1978), better known by his first name Jaheim, is an American singer. He is famous for his smooth R&B and hip hop songs. R&B is a popular music style that combines elements of rhythm and blues, pop, soul, and funk.
Jaheim was signed to a record label in 2000 and released his first album, Ghetto Love, in 2001. His second album, Still Ghetto (2002), had hit songs like "Put That Woman First" and "Fabulous." Both of these songs were very successful and achieved platinum status, meaning they sold over one million copies.
His third album, Ghetto Classics, came out in 2006. It was a huge success, reaching number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 music chart. It sold more than 153,000 copies in just its first week.

Music Career
Jaheim's journey into music started when he recorded a demo tape. This tape impressed Divine Mill Records, and they offered him a record deal. His first single, "Could It Be," became popular on TV music shows like BET. His first album featured other famous artists like RL from the group Next and the group Blackstreet.
Rise to Fame
Jaheim's second album, Still Ghetto, was released in 2002. It was another top ten hit for the singer. It included the popular singles "Fabulous" and "Anything."
In 2006, he released Ghetto Classics, which became his first album to reach number one on the charts. A year later, Jaheim signed with a new record label, Atlantic Records. He released his fourth album, The Makings of a Man, in December 2007.
Later Albums and Record Label
In late 2009, Jaheim released the single "Ain't Leavin Without You". This song was from his 2010 album, Another Round.
After a short break, he returned in 2013 with the single "Age Ain't a Factor." His sixth album, Appreciation Day, was released that same year. In 2014, Jaheim decided to restart his own record label, "Julie's Dream Music Group."
In 2015, Jaheim signed a new deal with BMG Records while still working with his own label. He released a new single called "Back in My Arms." This was followed by his seventh album, Struggle Love, which came out in 2016. Over his career, Jaheim has sold 5 million records around the world.
Personal Life
Jaheim lives in Hillsborough Township, New Jersey. He is the grandson of Hoagy Lands, who was a soul singer in the 1960s.
