B. James Savage (born December 31, 1969), known by his stage name Jayo Felony, is an American rapper. He comes from San Diego, California.

Jayo Felony's Music Career
Jayo Felony started his music journey in 1994. He signed with a record label owned by Jam Master Jay from the famous group Run-DMC. That same year, Jayo Felony released his very first album, called Take a Ride.
In 1998, he released his next album, Whatcha Gonna Do?. This album was released through Def Jam, a well-known music label. It featured many other popular rappers like Method Man, DMX, Ice Cube, and Redman.
Albums and Acting
Jayo Felony continued to release new music. In 1999, he put out the album Underground. This album included a song called "Du Lo Gang" with another San Diego rapper named The Toven.
Later, in 2001, his fourth studio album, Crip Hop, was released. It also featured many guest artists. In late 2019, Jayo Felony released his fifth studio album, which he titled James Savage. This album came out on the Open Bar Entertainment label. In the same year, he also tried acting for the first time. He appeared in a mini-series called Broken Ground.
