JeffMajors started recording music in 1998. His first album, Sacred, was released on November 17, 1998, by Music One Records. This album was a success, reaching No. 32 on the Billboard magazine Gospel Albums chart.

He released his second album, Sacred Holidays, on October 10, 2000. It reached No. 28 on the Gospel Albums chart. His next album, Sacred 2000, came out in 2001 but did not appear on the charts.

In 2002, he released Sacred 4 You. This album was very popular, reaching No. 13 on the Gospel Albums chart and No. 67 on the R&B Albums chart. His fifth album, Sacred Chapter 6, was released on September 20, 2005. It also did well, charting at No. 13 on Gospel Albums and No. 97 on R&B Albums.
