Jeffrey "Jeff" Sutphen (born October 15, 1976) is a fun American actor, producer, and game show host. He is best known for hosting Nickelodeon's popular game shows like BrainSurge and Figure It Out.

Jeff Sutphen was born in New York on October 15, 1976. He went to Marist College in New York and studied communications. He married Stacy Sutphen in 2003. They live in Los Angeles and have two children, a son and a daughter.

Jeff's TV Career

Jeff started his career working for MTV. Later, he moved to Nickelodeon, where he became very well-known.

Working at Nickelodeon

At Nickelodeon, Jeff was a producer for a show called U-Pick Live. This show let viewers choose which programs would air. On U-Pick Live, Jeff also played a superhero character named Pick Boy! The show was on TV from 2002 to 2005.

After that, Jeff helped produce another Nickelodeon game show in 2008 called My Family's Got Guts.

Hosting Game Shows

In 2009, Jeff became the host of Nickelodeon's exciting game show, BrainSurge. Kids loved this show where contestants had to use their brains to solve puzzles and challenges.

In 2010, Jeff helped host the pre-show for the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards live from Los Angeles.

He also hosted a show for ABC in 2011 called 101 Ways to Leave a Game Show.

In 2012, it was announced that Jeff would be the new host for the classic Nickelodeon game show Figure It Out. This show was famous for having celebrity panelists guess a contestant's secret talent.

Other Projects

Jeff also started his own internet talk show called The Garage Show with Jeff Sutphen. He invites guests to his garage to chat about different topics. Some famous former Nickelodeon game show hosts like Marc Summers and Phil Moore have been guests on his show.
