Phil Moore was born on August 24, 1961. He is an American TV host, writer, producer, and comedian. Many people know him as the host of the popular Nickelodeon game show Nick Arcade.

Phil Moore's Early Life and TV Journey

Phil Moore grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. He went to Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, a special high school. After that, he studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida.

After college, Phil moved to Orlando and worked at AT&T. During his college years, friends encouraged him to try open mic comedy nights. This led him to do more stand-up comedy. He also helped warm up audiences for TV shows.

He performed at comedy clubs in New York and Los Angeles. He also performed before shows like The Mickey Mouse Club and America's Funniest People.

Phil moved to New York City for a short time. There, he worked behind the scenes on MTV's game show Remote Control. He then returned to Orlando to be with his family. While helping warm up the audience for Let's Make A Deal, he got a chance to try out for Nick Arcade.

After his time at Nickelodeon, Phil mostly worked behind the scenes. He became a writer and producer for many different TV shows. Today, Phil lives with his family in Los Angeles.
