Phil Moore, born on August 24, 1961, is an American television host, writer, producer, and comedian. He is most famous for being the host of the popular Nickelodeon game show Nick Arcade.

Phil Moore's Early Life and Career
Phil Moore grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. He went to a special school called Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. After that, he studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
After college, Phil moved to Orlando and worked at AT&T. While in college, his friends encouraged him to try a local open mic night. This led him to do more stand-up comedy. He also started warming up audiences for TV shows.
Becoming a TV Host
Phil performed comedy in clubs in New York and Los Angeles. He was an opening act for shows like The Mickey Mouse Club and America's Funniest People.
He briefly moved to New York City to work behind the scenes on MTV's Remote Control. Later, he moved back to Orlando to be with his wife and new baby. While working for Dick Clark on Let's Make A Deal, he got an invitation to audition for Nick Arcade.
After his time at Nickelodeon, Phil Moore mostly worked behind the scenes. He became a writer and producer for many different TV programs. Today, Phil lives with his family in Los Angeles.
