Jensen is a small community in eastern Uintah County, Utah, United States. It's called a census-designated place, which means it's a special area the government counts for population. In 2020, about 372 people lived there.

Jensen is located right next to the Green River and U.S. Route 40. It's southeast of Vernal, which is the main city in Uintah County. Jensen is also about 17 miles west of the border with Colorado. Even though Jensen isn't an official city, it has its own post office with the ZIP code 84035.

This area was first settled in 1877. It was named after Lars Jensen, who was an early explorer and ran a ferry boat across the river. Today, Jensen is mostly known as the main entrance in Utah to the famous Dinosaur National Monument.
