Jeremiah Brent (born Jeremy Clevenger Johnson on November 24, 1984) is a famous American interior designer. He is also a well-known TV personality.
In 2011, he started his own design company called Jeremiah Brent Design (JBD). His company helps people design their homes in Los Angeles and New York City. Jeremiah stars in the TLC show Nate & Jeremiah by Design. He is also an event designer on the Netflix show Say I Do. More recently, Jeremiah became the interior designer for Queer Eye in its ninth season.

Early Life and Education
Jeremiah Brent was born and grew up in Modesto, California. His parents are Gwen A. Johnson and Terry Johnson. His father worked as a deputy sheriff in Modesto. His mother was a paralegal in San Francisco.
Jeremiah graduated from Modesto High School in 2002. Back then, he was known as Jeremy Johnson. While in high school, he enjoyed drama, speech, and debate.
In 2004, when he was 19, Jeremiah moved to Los Angeles. For his first year, he sometimes slept on friends' couches. He also slept in his Jeep. His first apartment was near Covenant House. This is a place that helps homeless teenagers. Jeremiah later helped redesign parts of Covenant House.

Jeremiah Brent is known for his work as an actor and producer. He has been on several TV shows. These include Nate & Jeremiah by Design (2017) and The Nate & Jeremiah Home Project (2021). He also appeared on The Rachel Zoe Project (2011) and Say I Do (2020).
In 2014, Jeremiah and Nate Berkus were in ads for Banana Republic. These ads appeared in magazines like InStyle and Rolling Stone. Their apartment in Manhattan was shown in Architectural Digest magazine in 2015. Jeremiah and Nate were on the cover with their daughter, Poppy.
TV Shows and Magazines
Jeremiah had a big break in 2011. He became a styling assistant for Rachel Zoe. This was on her TV show The Rachel Zoe Project. He has also been featured in many magazines. These include Domino, Architectural Digest, Harper's Bazaar, and People.
He hosted the Emmy Award-winning show Home Made Simple. This show was on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network for two seasons. In 2017, he and his husband, Nate Berkus, started their own TV show. It's called Nate & Jeremiah by Design and is on the TLC network. Also in 2017, he joined Living Spaces presents Behind the Design. Jeremiah and Nate also have a show on HGTV called The Nate and Jeremiah Home Project. It started in 2021.
In 2020, Jeremiah became the design expert on Netflix's Say I Do. This show helps people plan their weddings. In 2024, Netflix announced that Jeremiah will join the cast of Queer Eye. He will be the new interior design expert for season nine.
Personal Life
Jeremiah Brent and fellow interior designer Nate Berkus got engaged in April 2013. They had been dating for one year. They got married on May 4, 2014, in Manhattan.
Jeremiah and Nate have two children. Their daughter, Poppy Brent-Berkus, was born on March 23, 2015. Their son, Oskar Michael Brent-Berkus, was born on March 26, 2018.
In 2019, Jeremiah and Nate moved back to Manhattan.
