Eye Injury and Recovery

For a long time, Jerome Jones wore an eye patch over his right eye. Many people wondered why he wore it. He later explained what happened in a song called "Look Down On Me." This song was on his album Food For Thought.

He shared that he was accidentally hit in the eye with a book. This caused a serious injury called a detached retina. A detached retina means a part of the eye that helps you see comes loose. He needed to have three eye surgeries to fix it.
