Jimmy Two-Shoes (also known as JTS) is a fun animated TV show from Canada. It was made by companies like Breakthrough Entertainment and Mercury Filmworks. The show aired on Disney XD in the United States and Teletoon in Canada.

The story is about a super happy character named Jimmy. He lives in a gloomy town called Miseryville. This town is full of monsters and strange creatures. The show was created by Edward Kay and Sean Scott. It first aired in Canada on March 21, 2009. The last new episode came out on April 5, 2012.

What the Show is About

The series follows Jimmy, a boy who is always cheerful. His main goal is to find fun everywhere he goes. This is a big challenge because Miseryville is the unhappiest town around. It's controlled by a powerful leader named Lucius Heinous the Seventh.

Miseryville's main business is Misery Inc. This company sells awful products that are sure to make people sad. And guess what? They don't offer refunds! Jimmy's best friends are Heloise and Beezy. Heloise is a super smart girl who is secretly fond of Jimmy. Beezy loves adventure but also enjoys being lazy. Together, they try to bring their positive energy to the whole town.

Main Characters

The show has many interesting characters. Here are a few of the main ones:

  • Jimmy: The main character, a happy-go-lucky boy who loves fun.
  • Heloise: A genius girl who is often grumpy but secretly likes Jimmy. She creates many inventions.
  • Beezy: Jimmy's best friend. He is a large, friendly monster who loves to have fun and eat.
  • Lucius Heinous the Seventh: The ruler of Miseryville. He loves misery and tries to make everyone unhappy.
  • Cerbee: Jimmy's pet, a two-headed dog-like creature.

Places in Miseryville

  • Miseryville: This is the main town, controlled by Lucius Heinous VII. Its goal is to make life as bad as possible for everyone. The planet it's on looks like the Miseryville logo. It has a red sky and three suns. Most people living there are monsters, except for Jimmy and Heloise. Lucius's factory looms over the town. The area has tall mountains, forests, and volcanoes. Lakes often contain lava, but characters can swim in it.
  • Misery Inc.: This is a huge factory run by Lucius. It looks like a giant face. Workers there make products to cause misery. The factory often gets destroyed, usually by accident because of Jimmy. Heloise has a lab there, and Lucius has his office. Many monsters work here without pay or time off.
  • Clownburg: A part of Miseryville where the Rodeo Clowns live.
  • The Abyss of Nothingness: This is a huge black hole. It's said to be full of sadness, and no one can escape it. But strangely, characters who fall in often show up later! Lucius sometimes tries to throw Jimmy and Heloise into it.
  • Jimmy's House: A simple white house with a red roof. It's located between Beezy's and Heloise's houses. His pet, Cerbee, sometimes drags the house away.
  • Beezy's House: Usually a very messy place. It looks like a skull with horns. In one episode, a butler cleaned it, revealing many hidden treasures.
  • Heloise's House: A tall blue building full of traps and gadgets. Inside, it looks normal but has a secret shrine to Jimmy behind a bookcase. Her backyard has many tombstones.
  • Miseryville Beach: A beach next to an ocean of lava. Most people don't swim there because of sea monsters and lava worms.
  • The Chocolate Lake: A secret lake of chocolate hidden under Misery Inc. Lucius forbids anyone from touching it.
  • Miseryville Golf Course: A mini-golf course built on a volcano.
  • Misery Island: A popular vacation spot for Spring Break. It has a nice side and a dangerous side.

How the Show Was Made

Between 2004 and 2007, a test version of the show was made. It was meant for older kids and teens. This early version had more scary elements.
