Joaquin Jesse Gage, born on October 19, 1973, is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He was a Goaltender, which means he was the player who defends the team's goal. Gage was chosen by the Edmonton Oilers in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. He played 23 games in the NHL, which is the top professional ice hockey league in North America.

Joaquin Gage was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He started his junior hockey career playing for the Portland Winter Hawks in the WHL. After his junior years, he played most of his professional career in North America in leagues like the AHL and the ECHL.
In the 2001–02 season, Gage played for the Ayr Scottish Eagles in the British Superleague. He was even named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the league that season!
