Jocelyn Penn (born September 10, 1979) is a former professional basketball player from America. She played in the WNBA for two years, from 2003 to 2004. She was a top player, chosen as the ninth overall pick in the 2003 WNBA draft by the Charlotte Sting. She once scored more than 50 points in a game. She was the first player in 13 years to have two games with 50+ points in the same season!

Playing in the WNBA

Jocelyn Penn started her WNBA career in 2003 with the Washington Mystics. She played in 30 games during her first season. She averaged nearly 3 points and 2 rebounds per game. She showed great skill in shooting, making almost 40% of her shots.
