Campea started a popular movie website called The Movie Blog in 2003. He ran it until 2009. Later, he became the main editor for AMC Movie News from 2008 to 2015. After that, he joined Collider to lead Collider Movie Talk in 2015. He was a senior producer and host for their shows. He left Collider in 2017 to focus on his own YouTube channel. John Campea's Career Journey

John Campea began his career working with visual effects. He helped create special effects for movies like Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams and Frank Miller's Sin City.
