John Two Guns White Calf (born in 1872, died in 1934) was an important leader, known as a chief, of the Piegan Blackfeet people in Montana. He was born near a place called Fort Benton, Montana. John Two Guns White Calf was the adopted son of another respected leader, Chief White Calf. After his adopted father passed away in 1902, John Two Guns White Calf became the last chief of the Blackfoot Tribe. He died at 63 years old from a sickness called pneumonia. He is buried in a Catholic cemetery in Browning, Montana.

Promoting Glacier National Park

John Two Guns White Calf became well-known for helping to promote Glacier National Park. He worked with the Great Northern Railway to encourage people to visit the park.

In 1912, he traveled with other Blackfeet members to Chicago. They went to a big event called the United States Land Show. This trip was likely the first time the tribe did a public relations tour.

He also said that his face was used as the model for the Indian head nickel. However, the person who designed the coin, James Earle Fraser, said he used parts of several different people's faces.

Later, in 1971, an artist named Walter Wetzel created a logo for the Washington Redskins football team. He used John Two Guns White Calf's image as the main idea for this logo. The team used this logo until the year 2020.
