Jordan Isaac Aldon Dangerfield (born December 25, 1990) is a former American football player. He played as a safety, which is a defensive position in football. Jordan played college football for Towson University. He later joined the Buffalo Bills in 2013 as a player who was not chosen in the main draft. He also played for the Brooklyn Bolts.

Early Life and School Football
Jordan Dangerfield was born in Elmont, New York. He is part of the Ethiopian Jewish community.
High School Achievements
Jordan went to Royal Palm Beach High School in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. There, he played both as a receiver and a defensive back. He was recognized as one of the best players in his area during his junior and senior years. In 2008, he earned second-team All-Florida honors as a senior.
College Football Journey
After high school, Jordan first attended Hofstra University. He played in eight games for their football team. When Hofstra stopped its football program, he moved to Towson University.
At Towson, Jordan continued to excel. In 2010, he was named first-team All-CAA and first-team All-ECAC. He was also chosen as a first-team All-American by College Sports Journal. Towson University even named him their Male Athlete of the Year. He continued to receive honors in 2011 and 2012 for his strong performance.
Jordan kept working on his studies even after he started playing professional football. He earned his degree from Towson in 2019.
Professional Football Career

Starting with the Buffalo Bills
After the 2013 NFL draft, the Buffalo Bills signed Jordan as a rookie free agent. This means he joined the team without being picked in the draft. However, he was released by the team in August 2013.
First Time with the Pittsburgh Steelers
On January 10, 2014, Jordan signed a contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers. This contract was a "reserve/future" deal, which meant he would join the team later. He was released by the Steelers in August 2014.
Playing for the Brooklyn Bolts
In 2014, Jordan played for the Brooklyn Bolts. This team was part of the Fall Experimental Football League, a league designed to give players more opportunities.
Second Time with the Pittsburgh Steelers
Jordan returned to the Pittsburgh Steelers in November 2014. He was first signed to their practice squad.
