He won a bronze medal at the World Championships in 2022, showing he is one of the best in the world!

Josh Awotunde was born in Lanham, Maryland, in 1995. He grew up in Franklinville, New Jersey. His parents are Adeola and Christina Awotunde. Josh went to Delsea Regional High School and finished in 2013. After high school, he studied at the University of South Carolina and graduated in 2017. Josh also has family roots from Nigeria.
