These include treats made with sesame, marshmallow, and jelly. All Joyva candies are kosher parve, which means they follow special food rules. Today, Joyva is run by Richard Radutzky and Sandy Wiener. They are cousins and are part of the family that started the company. Richard Radutzky went to Northwestern University.

Joyva makes many different kinds of candies. Their most famous product is halvah. They offer many types of halvah, like small bars, halvah in cans, and big loaves with nuts. Halvah can be plain (vanilla), covered in chocolate, or have chocolate mixed in to make a "marble" pattern.
