Juliet's Acting Journey
Juliet Cowan's first acting appearance was in a live video performance for the band Iron Maiden in 1993. It was called "Raising Hell" and was shown on TV. Even though she wasn't named in the credits, it was her first step into acting.

Juliet has played many different characters on television. She was in over 20 episodes of a police show called The Bill. She also appeared in an episode of the detective series Inspector Morse.
She had a regular role as Nicki in the TV show This Life. She also played Carla in The Queen's Nose, which was a popular children's show. Juliet was an air hostess named Polly Arnold in the soap opera Family Affairs.
Becoming a Familiar Face
Juliet became well-known to younger audiences when she played Chrissie Jackson in the CBBC show The Sarah Jane Adventures. This show was a spin-off from Doctor Who. Her character first appeared in the very first episode, "Invasion of the Bane", in 2007.
In 2009, she played a social worker named Josie in two episodes of the series Shameless. She also appeared in a short film called Goodbye to the Normals, which was a music video for Robbie Williams.
