Justice Sueing grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii. He went to Maryknoll School for his first two years of high school. Later, he moved to California and attended Mater Dei High School for his junior and senior years.
At Mater Dei, he played alongside other future basketball stars like Bol Bol. In his junior year, Justice scored about 10 points and grabbed nearly 5 rebounds per game. By his senior year, he improved to about 17 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. He also helped his team by getting assists and steals.
Becoming a College Recruit
Many colleges wanted Justice Sueing to play for their basketball teams. Experts from ESPN thought he was a four-star recruit, which means he was considered one of the top players. Other scouting services like 247Sports and Rivals also rated him highly as a three-star recruit.
On February 1, 2017, Justice decided to play college basketball for the California Golden Bears. He chose them over other big schools like Utah and Vanderbilt.

Playing for California
Justice started almost every game during his first year at California. He played in 32 games, scoring about 13.8 points and getting 5.4 rebounds per game. His best game that year was against Washington, where he scored an impressive 27 points.
In his second year, he continued to be a key player, starting nearly every game. He averaged 14.3 points and 6 rebounds per game. He again scored 27 points in a game, this time against Arizona. After his coach was fired, Justice decided to transfer to another school on April 7, 2019.

Unfortunately, Justice missed most of the 2021-2022 season due to an abdominal injury. He only played in two games that year.
