Kenneth Todd Freeman (born July 9, 1965) is an American actor. He is known for his roles in movies, TV shows, and plays. He has been nominated for two Tony Awards, which are big awards for theatre, and he won a Drama Desk Award. You might know him from films like Grosse Pointe Blank or The Cider House Rules. He also played a cool character named Mr. Trick on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the kind but clumsy Mr. Poe in A Series of Unfortunate Events.

K. Todd Freeman's Journey to Acting
Kenneth Todd Freeman was born in Houston, Texas. He loved performing from a young age. He went to a special school called the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in his hometown. After that, he studied acting even more at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, graduating in 1987.
Becoming a Theatre Star
Since 1993, Freeman has been a part of the Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago, Illinois. This is a famous group of actors who put on amazing plays. In 1993, he was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Play for his main role in a play called The Song of Jacob Zulu. This play was about a serious time in history called Apartheid.
More recently, he played Doctor Dillamond in the musical Wicked. He performed this role in different cities across North America and even on Broadway in New York City. In 2015, he got another Tony Award nomination for his role as Sissy Na Na in the play Airline Highway. For the same role, he won a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Play, which is another important theatre award.
