Kader Sylla (born in 2002) is an American professional skateboarder. He grew up in Studio City, California. Kader is known for riding "goofy-footed," which means he skates with his right foot forward.

Kader Sylla's Early Life
Kader Sylla was born and grew up in Encino, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, California. His interest in skateboarding started when he was very young. He first played with fingerboards, which are tiny skateboards you use with your fingers.
When he was 6 years old, his grandma bought him his first real skateboard from a local store. From then on, Kader practiced a lot. He even used YouTube videos to learn new tricks. His skills quickly became well-known in the skateboarding world. Some of his biggest inspirations for skating were Rowan Zorilla, Torey Pudwill, and Ryan Sheckler.
Kader Sylla's Skateboarding Career
Kader Sylla joined Baker Skateboards as an amateur rider in 2016. He was first noticed by the company's owner, Andrew Reynolds. Since then, Kader has shown off his skills at many skate events for the Baker team.
In late 2017, he signed with Emerica, a shoe company. However, Kader later switched to Vans in 2018. He even released special skate shoes with Vans. In late 2020, he left Vans and became sponsored by Nike Skateboarding. After a short time with Nike, Kader then moved to Adidas for his shoe sponsor.
In 2019, when he was 16, Sylla became a professional skateboarder for Baker Skateboards. In the same year, Kader also joined the famous Supreme skate team.
Kader is also part of a skateboarding group called Carcasscrew. This group includes several well-known skaters like Andrew Reynolds, his daughter Stella Reynolds, Jay Thorpe, and Kevin Long. Kader himself came up with the name for their skate crew.

Kader Sylla has appeared in many skateboarding videos. In 2017, he was in the Emerica video Young Emericans and the Baker Ams video. Sylla also had a part in the Thrasher - Am Scramble 2018.
In 2019, Sylla appeared in Boys of Summer 2 by Logon Lara. He was also in Supreme NY's "CANDYLAND" video and Courtesy by Vans Canada. In December 2019, Kader had the very first part in the Baker 4 video. When he was younger, Sylla was often seen in seasons 9 and 10 of the Camp Woodward Show. In 2021, Sylla appeared in Supreme's 'STALLION' video. In 2022, Kader performed several tricks in Supreme's Play Dead video.
