Karrakatta is a suburb in Perth, Western Australia. It is part of the City of Nedlands. This area is about 7 kilometers west of Perth's main city center. Its postcode is 6010.

Karrakatta is split into two main parts. The Fremantle railway line runs right through the middle. South of the railway line, you'll find the Karrakatta Cemetery. This cemetery opened in 1899.
