Kenza Farah was born in a city called Béjaïa in Algeria. She grew up in Marseille, a big city in France, with her six brothers and sisters. From a young age, Kenza loved to sing. When she was just 14 years old, she started performing in her neighborhood. She even won several singing contests!
These contests helped her meet music producers. These producers gave her a chance to record her own songs in a studio. Some of her first songs were "Mon Ange," "Trésor," and "Il ma trahie." A producer named Abdel.B noticed her talent. He helped her create her first album between 2006 and 2007 with a music company called Karismatik.
