Kevin Bludso is a famous American chef, restaurant owner, and television star. He was born in 1965 and is known for his amazing barbecue.

Kevin's Early Life
Kevin Bludso grew up in Compton, California. His dad was a police officer, and his mom worked for the postal service.
Every summer, Kevin visited his aunt, Willie Mae Fields, in Corsicana, Texas. She taught him all about delicious Texas-style barbecue. When he was only 9 or 10 years old, Kevin was already helping her cook! He later studied business at Bishop College in Dallas.
Kevin's Career
Before becoming a chef, Kevin Bludso worked for 13 years as a correctional officer. In 2008, he opened his first restaurant, Bludso's BBQ, in Compton. He was the main chef, also known as the "pitmaster." This restaurant closed in September 2016.
Kevin also owns restaurants in Hollywood, California. He even has a restaurant in Melbourne, Australia! Since 2020, Kevin Bludso has been a judge on the Netflix TV show The American Barbecue Showdown.

As of September 2020, Kevin Bludso lives in Texas. He is a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys football team.
