Kiandra "KiKi" Layne (born December 10, 1991) is an American actress. She is known for her roles in popular movies. Some of her famous films include the drama If Beale Street Could Talk (2018) and the action superhero movie The Old Guard (2020). She also starred in the comedy Coming 2 America (2021).

Early Life and Education
KiKi Layne grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. She loved acting from a young age. She once shared that The Lion King was her favorite movie as a child. She would watch it often and create stories with her toys.
Layne studied acting at The Theatre School at DePaul University. She earned a special degree called a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in 2014.
Acting Career
KiKi Layne started her acting journey in 2015. Her first role was in a TV show pilot called The Chi.
Her big break came in 2018 with the movie If Beale Street Could Talk. In this film, she played the main character, Tish Rivers.
After that, she starred in the 2019 movie Native Son. In 2020, she joined Charlize Theron in the action movie The Old Guard. In this film, she played a new superhero named Nile Freeman.
In 2021, Layne acted alongside Eddie Murphy in the movie Coming 2 America. This was a sequel to the popular film Coming to America. She also played Detective Ellie Steckler in Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers in 2022.
Besides acting, Layne has also modeled for the fashion brand Kate Spade New York. She also lent her voice to a music album called Voices by composer Max Richter. This album was inspired by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Personal Life
KiKi Layne is in a relationship with actor Ari'el Stachel. They met while working on the movie Don't Worry Darling in 2020.
