Kilifarevo Island is a small island in Antarctica. It does not have any ice on it. The island is part of the Aitcho group. This group of islands is located on the west side of English Strait. The English Strait is in the South Shetland Islands.
The island is about 850 meters (930 yards) northwest of Jorge Island. It is also 460 meters (500 yards) north of Riksa Islands. And it is 350 meters (380 yards) southeast of Morris Rock. Kilifarevo Island is about 640 meters (700 yards) long and 350 meters (380 yards) wide. Its total area is about 11 hectares (27 acres).
People who hunted seals visited this area in the early 1800s. Kilifarevo Island gets its name from a town called Kilifarevo in northern Bulgaria.
