Kimitoshi Nōgawa (直川 公俊, Nōgawa Kimitoshi, born 6 February 1984) is a former professional footballer from Japan. He played as a striker, which means his main job was to score goals. Kimitoshi Nōgawa was born on February 6, 1984.

Kimitoshi Nōgawa's Football Journey
Kimitoshi Nōgawa played football in many different countries. After finishing his time at Shizuoka Sangyo University in 2002, he moved to Brazil.
Playing in South America
In 2003, he played for a team called Londrina EC in Brazil. This was his first professional club outside of Japan.
European Adventures
In 2004, Kimitoshi Nōgawa moved to Poland. He joined Górnik Zabrze, a team in Poland's top football league. He was believed to be the very first Japanese player to play in Poland.
Later, during the 2005–2006 season, he played for FC Municipal Târgoviște in Romania. He also tried to play football in Italy.
A Brief Stop in Africa
In 2005, there were reports that Nōgawa might play for Canon Yaoundé in Cameroon, Africa. People thought he would be the first Japanese player to play in Africa. He was interested in playing there because Cameroon is famous for football. He also admired a player named Patrick Mboma.
However, after spending five days in Yaoundé, he left. A contract was never officially signed with the club.
Playing for His Country
Kimitoshi Nōgawa also had the chance to represent his home country. He played for the Japan Under-17 (U17) team. This means he was part of the national team for players under 17 years old.
