Andrew Byron Bachelor (born June 26, 1988), known by his stage name King Bach, is a popular Canadian-American Internet comedian and actor. He first became famous on the video sharing app Vine, where he had the most followers (16.2 million) before the app closed.
King Bach is also well-known for his acting roles. He has appeared in many comedy films like Meet the Blacks and Fifty Shades of Black. He also starred in teen romance movies such as When We First Met and To All the Boys I've Loved Before. You might also know him from the horror comedy films The Babysitter and The Babysitter: Killer Queen.
Today, King Bach continues to create content. He has a huge following on TikTok with over 28 million followers. His YouTube channel also has more than 3.5 million subscribers, where he shares funny videos and sketches.

Early Life and School
Andrew Bachelor was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on June 26, 1988. His parents, Ingrid Mourice and Byron Bachelor, were accountants from Jamaica. When he was two years old, his family moved to the United States. He grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida, with his younger sister, Christina.
He went to Coral Springs Charter School for both middle school and high school. After graduating, he attended Florida State University. There, he was part of a sketch comedy group called 30in60. He also competed in the high jump for the university's track and field team.
In 2010, Andrew graduated from Florida State University with a degree in business management. He then started a graduate program at the New York Film Academy. However, he left before finishing and moved to Los Angeles. In Los Angeles, he studied improvisational theatre at The Groundlings, which is a famous comedy school.
Becoming a Star
King Bach became incredibly popular on Vine. He had 16.2 million followers and his videos were watched over 6.1 billion times. In March 2015, he became the most-followed person on the app. Even though he was famous on Vine, he also gained a lot of fans on his YouTube channel, BachelorsPadTv.
His Vine fame helped him get noticed in Hollywood. He signed with UTA, a big talent agency. This led to him getting roles in TV shows like House of Lies and Wild 'n Out on MTV2. He was also a regular cast member on the Adult Swim series Black Jesus.
King Bach also appeared in the spoof comedy film Fifty Shades of Black. He was a special guest host for the TV show Punk'd on BET. In 2015, he played a fictional version of himself in the movie We Are Your Friends.
He was introduced to Vine by fellow comedian Brittany Furlan. He posted his first Vine video on April 19, 2013. King Bach also starred in many of Bart Baker's funny music video parodies. He played characters like Big Sean in "Problem" and "Break Free". He also played Pharrell Williams in "Happy" and Tupac Shakur in Sia's "Big Girls Cry" parody.
Bach co-starred in McG's horror film The Babysitter. He later returned for the sequel, The Babysitter: Killer Queen.
Music Career
King Bach also makes music. He released his first album, "Medicine," on August 31, 2019. Two singles from the album were "Say Daddy," released on February 14, 2019, and "HTH," released on May 31, 2019.
He released another song called "See Me Now" on February 21, 2021. Bach even used TikTok to promote the song, asking people to use its sound in their videos. He then duetted the best ones. The song is available on YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud. In 2023, Bach was in the music video for "TRUCK BED" by country singer HARDY.
