Kinna is a town in Sweden. It is the main town, also called the seat, of Mark Municipality in Västra Götaland County. In 2010, about 14,776 people lived there.
Kinna is located about 30 kilometers (19 miles) south of Borås. It is also about 60 kilometers (37 miles) southeast of Gothenburg. The original town of Kinna has grown over time. It now includes the nearby areas of Skene and Örby. Together, these places form the Kinna we know today.
