Koji Gyotoku (行徳 浩二, Gyōtoku Kōji, born January 28, 1965) is a Japanese football manager and former football player. He used to play as a defender. Today, he is the head coach for the Cambodia national football team.

Koji Gyotoku's Playing Days
Koji Gyotoku was born in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, on January 28, 1965. He went to Tokai University Daiichi High School. After high school, he continued his studies at Tokai University.
Gyotoku started his football career in West Germany with Werder Bremen II. Later, he returned to Japan to play for Toyota Motors. He played in 16 games for Toyota Motors as a defender.
Koji Gyotoku: A Coaching Career
After his playing career, Koji Gyotoku became a football coach. He has managed several teams and national squads, helping them improve and achieve new goals.
Coaching Shimizu S-Pulse
In 2003, Gyotoku became the coach of Shimizu S-Pulse, a Japanese club. He led the team to the semi-finals of the J.League Cup and the Emperor's Cup. The team also reached the group stage of the AFC Champions League, which is a big competition for Asian clubs.
Leading the Bhutan National Team
From 2008 to 2010, Gyotoku coached the Bhutan national team. He helped them reach the semi-finals of the 2008 South Asian Football Federation Cup. This was the furthest the team had ever gone in that tournament.
Under his guidance, Bhutan also finished third and fourth in the 2008 AFC Challenge Cup and 2010 AFC Challenge Cup, respectively.
Coaching in Thailand and Nepal
After his time with Bhutan, Gyotoku coached Angthong in Thailand from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, he became the head coach of the Nepal national team.
Under Gyotoku, Nepal's team improved a lot. They had good results in the 2019 AFC Asian Cup qualification, including two draws against strong teams like the Philippines and Yemen. He left the Nepal team in 2018 due to issues with his work permit.
Current Role in Cambodia
Koji Gyotoku has also coached various youth teams in Cambodia, including the U21 and U23 squads. Since 2024, he has been the head coach of the Cambodia national football team.
