Koji Gyotoku (行徳 浩二, Gyōtoku Kōji, born January 28, 1965) is a Japanese football manager and former player. He was born on January 28, 1965. Koji Gyotoku is currently the head coach for the Cambodia senior team. He also coaches the Cambodia U23 team.

Koji Gyotoku's Football Journey
Koji Gyotoku started his football journey in Japan. He went to Tokai University Daiichi High School. After high school, he studied at Tokai University.
His Playing Days
Koji Gyotoku began his professional football career in West Germany. He played for Werder Bremen II. Later, he joined Toyota Motors in Japan. He played as a defender. He appeared in 16 games for Toyota Motors. He played 12 games in the 1990-91 season. He played one more game in the 1991-92 season. He did not score any goals during his time with the team.
Coaching Different Teams
After his playing career, Koji Gyotoku became a football coach. He has coached many teams around the world.
Coaching Shimizu S-Pulse
In 2003, Gyotoku became the coach of Shimizu S-Pulse in Japan. He took over after the previous manager left. He led the team to the semi-finals of two major cups. These were the J.League Cup and the Emperor's Cup. The team also finished 11th in their league. They even made it to the group stage of the AFC Champions League.
Coaching Bhutan
From 2008 to 2010, Gyotoku coached the Bhutan national team. He helped Bhutan reach the semi-finals of the 2008 South Asian Football Federation Cup. This was the furthest the team had ever gone in that tournament. They lost a close game to India. He also led them to third and fourth place in the 2008 and 2010 AFC Challenge Cup.
Coaching Nepal
In 2016, Koji Gyotoku became the head coach of the Nepal national team. Under his guidance, Nepal's team improved a lot. They had good results in the 2019 AFC Asian Cup qualification games. Nepal achieved two draws against strong teams like the Philippines and Yemen. However, in 2018, he had to leave his coaching role in Nepal because of issues with his work permit.
Coaching Cambodia
Since 2019, Koji Gyotoku has been involved with football in Cambodia. He coached the Bati Academy. He also coached the Cambodia U21 team. From 2023, he started coaching the Cambodia U23 team. In 2024, he also took on the role of head coach for the Cambodia senior team. He continues to lead both the U23 and senior teams in Cambodia.
